Jenny is an expert in crafting effective and engaging learning experiences. With 20+ years of design and learning experience, she takes a holistic approach to learning, taking into account environment, culture and technology. She has worked with clients (eg Toca Boca and if you don't know their games, download one immediately!) to drive cultural change, leadership development and improve their work methodologies. She has been a jury forewoman for the Swedish Learning Awards and currently a judge for this year's Swedish Learning Awards. She successfully launched the MA Digital Management program at Hyper Island in Sweden. And - last but not least - she wrote 'Dare to Facilitate' - book dedicated to unleashing the courage that lies within each of us to pioneer change in the way we lead gatherings, workshops and discussions.
