Transcultural Collaboration

In increasingly interconnected workplaces, collaboration is no longer simply about understanding differences between cultures. Through transcultural learning, teams develop the ability to learn with and from one another, build meaningful relationships, develop new commonalities and create shared solutions across boundaries.
Our approach, developed together with Assoc. Prof. Tobias Grünfelder and Prof. Julika Baumann Montecinos, combines cultural self-awareness with the development of transcultural competence - the willingness and ability to create new commonalities through shared experiences and learning while respecting and preserving diversity.
