Meet Tina, a wizard of agility, innovation, and learning! With a passion for transformation, she enchants individuals, teams, and organisations, guiding them through the magical realms of change. In her spellbinding training sessions, coaching, and consulting, she conjures up employee-centric cultures and efficient workflows, even for diverse and hybrid teams. Tina’s magical journey includes a Master's Degree in Education Science and Cultural Engineering. She’s also a graduate of the HPI School of Design Thinking and a certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator. As a co-founder of an EdTech startup in Berlin, Tina brewed up digital solutions for corporate learning and development. She has cast her spell as an Innovation Consultant and Agile Coach, spreading the magic of Design Thinking workshops and Agile Coach training across Europe. Now, as a freelance Agile Learning Professional, she crafts workshops and training formats on agility, change, and innovation. Beyond her professional sorcery, Tina volunteers to promote democracy in Brandenburg and supports startup teams in Berlin, Germany.
