Lisa Pertoso is a learning designer, facilitator, comedy performer and writer. She founded Follow the Fear, a creative learning studio, to help leaders develop crucial human skills for the future of work like adaptability, collaboration, creativity, self-awareness, and well-being. Throughout her 20+ year career, Lisa has brought playful and human-centric learning experiences to thousands of people in North America, Asia, Australia, and Europe. She has led workshops, classes, and talks for the public, and for clients including BMW Group, Con Edison, Equinox, Hyper Island, TBWA, and NYC Department of Health.
