asos’ Academy – their internal learning resource – invited us to be a part of the 2019 Festival of Learning. The FoL was two weeks of learning and development. One for the Customer Care team and another for everyone at the London head office.
The Academy wants to make sure everyone in the company feels they can develop themselves and their career – by improving both soft and hard skills. One of their company behaviours is Know my best self. To help bring this behaviour to life, we ran our Inner Belief session.
