Pedram has worked in personal and organisational development for 14 years, as an Educator, Learning Designer, Coach and Facilitator. He works with businesses, charities and government bodies both nationally and internationally. Pedram designs and delivers evocative experiences to help people shift their awareness and make more conscious choices about their mindset and behaviour. His aim is to support his clients to experience more fulfilment and purpose in their lives as well as having impact in their endeavours.
Background
Pedram is a co-founder and Director of The Skills Lab, a training and development consultancy. He is a CTI trained Co-Active® Leadership Coach and workshop leader and a CRR trained Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach, having also trained with MIT’s Presencing Institute.
Previous roles include Programme Director of various pilot programmes at Teach First - a UK education charity, Trustee of the youth development charity Spark+Mettle, Governor of a Spa school, and a science teacher at various secondary schools. Pedram has a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College, London (brainy…).
