How we work with companies

We’ve helped HSBC create Digital Advocates for a new world of banking, ignited innovation and creative thinking with Twitter’s account managers, facilitated a mindset shift to align on purpose and values at a First Direct leadership event, and when two major telcos merged, Abracademy helped them to avoid culture clash by bringing the teams together, fostering alignment in a new company culture.

Whether it’s a 2 hour workshop or a 6 month change programme, we talk dreams with clients – where do you want to be compared to where you are now…? We then discover, design and deliver.

Discovery

A moment for us to understand your needs, challenges and current situation. We take time to find out what the existing knowledge, skills, and attitudes are. This clarifies the desired outcome of the programme – what needs to change or shift? The more we understand about your business, the better we can achieve the business outcome.

Design

This is where we clarify the high-level guidelines for the programme. Insights gained from the Discovery phase are incorporated into the design strategy.

Depending on the scope of the project, we map out the structure of the programme, including the subject matter, teaching strategy, activities, and assessment strategy.

 

Develop

The programme is developed using the Agile method of prototyping, testing and revision. Assessment and evaluation plans are created at this stage and a delivery plan is finalized.

Delivery

Delivery includes face-to-face sessions along with blended learning.
